ETFE cushions arched single chord skylight estimation App:


1- Calculate the needed CHS steel section.
2- Calculate the minimum rise of steel arch.
3- Check the foil thickness at outer(upper)
   layer against wind suction.
4- Optimize the above parameters if needed.
5- For double chord arched trusses this estimate
   is more conservative, therefore satisfactory in terms
   of budgetary estimation.

1- Calculate the U value of double layer cushion in W/k.m2.
2- Considers walls angle and season (U value_summer/or winter).
3- Suggests U value enhancement-if required- by adding thermal
   barrier-i.e., additional ETFE middle layer-.
